Tax team regains strength by recruiting from the Ministry of Finance

We recently expanded our market-leading tax team by the arrival of Gergely Czoboly. Before joining us Gergely worked as anexpert at the International Taxation Department of the Ministry of Finance. In his previous job Gergely was the Hungarian delegate to the OECD’s Working Party on Aggressive Tax Planning, also participating at the negotiations of the BEPS and the ATAD directives.

Gergely, who joins our team as a consultant, maintains his position as associate professor at the Budapest Corvinus University, where he holds seminars on Hungarian tax law and actively participates at the recently launched International Taxation master program of the university. Gergely is also a mentor at the Corvinus Tax Club.
