The first season of Jalsovszky Academy has ended

Last September we launched our unique training programme with 25 enthusiastic law students. The explicit aim of the programme is to provide practical legal knowledge to the students as complement the theory they learn at university.  The students spent an evening with us every week and with the contribution of our lawyers, they got a taste of the different areas of our professional work. In the first semester we focused on M&A transactions and litigation, while the second semester covered tax planning, real estate law, financing projects, but also topics such as copyright law and investment funds.

At the end of the academic year, the students presented their group works on various projects. The jury assessed not only the professional implementation and delivery of what was taught in class, but also the cooperation and presentation solutions. The students who completed the whole academic year were awarded diplomas, after which the evening ended with a toast.

We would like to thank the students and our colleagues who have been with us week after week and who have contributed with their active participation to a truly successful first academic year. We will see you again in the autumn after the summer break!
